so im planning on having a fasting day on wednesday, so i need to plan out the next 2 days well so i can fast properly. 

Monday

Breakfast:

  • Green tea with lemon - 1kcal
  • One Muller Corner tropical granola yogurt - 119kcal

Lunch: 

  • One can of diet coke - 1kcal
  • One small apple with skin - 55kcal

Dinner:

  • Green tea - 1kcal
  • One cup of iceberg garden lettuce - 10kcal

Total Calories: 187

Tuesday

Breakfast: 

  • Green Tea - 1kcal
  • Half a medium banana - 52kcal

Lunch: 

  • Pepsi Max - 1kcal

Dinner:

  • Green Tea with lemon - 1kcal
  • Half a medium banana - 52kcal

Total Calories: 107

Wednesday: FASTING
